The outsourced, multilingual Contact Center covered 126 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and operated 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.We launched the Contact Center just 5 months after identifying the need, and in time for the launch of our vaccine. The Contact Center ran for almost 2 years and only closed when the mass vaccination programme was complete.
