Responsible for leading a team of project managers in the successful delivery of all IT-related projects, across both infrastructure and application development spaces.

Project Management on key transformation initiatives over three years, including establishing a customer contact centre, to implementing a new service model and related technology for management of Workers Compensation claims. The business was established in 2010 as a wholesaler of high turnover front-of-shop lines for retail pharmacy. As it grew, the business expanded into online retailing, manufacturing and product development, and application development in the IoT space. I was the first employee of the start-up business, and led the business operations from its inception. The role of General Manager was extremely broad, covering all aspects of business set-up; administration and management; financial planning and management; project management and corporate strategy and planning. A hands-on management approach was critical to the success of the business in the early days, and this evolved into leadership of a team to meet challenging business objectives.
