As a legal secretary, I am responsible for email, calendaring, and phone calls pertaining to the attorney. I am the first point of contact before a client reaches the attorney. During my day, I schedule meetings, file paperwork from clients and USPTO, mail necessary paperwork, create engagement letters for clients, and create invoices for the needed service.

I serve and cater to people at weddings and other large events for companies such as Land Rover. I work and communicate with guests and serve them.

I was an RA for residential life and housing on the Long Beach campus. In addition to managing my personal work, I learned leadership and how to manage other people simultaneously.

I worked with students and faculty on campus to take and prepare food orders. Learned to balance school and work. The fast pasted environment taught me how to multitask and not allow stress to affect my performance.
