I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development.In addition to my degree, I have completed training in: EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Hypnosis, Treatment Strategies for Eating Disorders, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Teacher Training, and Meditation Teacher Training.I am also a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the Women’s Association for Addiction Treatment, and the National Eating Disorder Association. I previously taught at Hope International University’s school of Marriage and Family Therapy and was the President of the Orange County Chapter of the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals.I have been working with individuals, children, and families since 2004 specializing in EMDR and Hypnosis. In particular, I work with adults and teens struggling with trauma, negative core beliefs, and patterns of behavior that make it difficult for them to achieve their goals, dreams, and potential.In addition to my private practice, I am the Clinical Director for a Chemical Dependency Program. I also frequently present seminars and Continuing Education workshops on Mindfulness Skills.
