Leading a team to drive our strategic Partner Operations for our Global Alliances Program at scale. -Provide strategic and operational support to the field and partner organizations and drive consistency, predictability, and scalability across the business. -Proactively drive continuous process improvements working with key stakeholders across Channel Partner Sales, Alliance Management, and Internal Cross-Functional Leadership. -Evaluate, design, implement, measure, monitor and control operational business processes with a focus on alliance partnership programs, route-to market partner life cycle and maturation, partner portal capabilities, and revenue generation. -Responsible for evaluating existing processes for optimization, scalability, or transformation for both improved operational efficiency, ease of use, and effectiveness. -Identify risks, issues, and challenges in processes and systems, including using process data and metrics -Accountable for Partner Operations process documentation, reports, performance, and development
