• Prepare, communicate and track Category Section Reviews (monthly), New Items Cut Ins (weekly), Store Remodels and Specialp Projects between RMSI and Albertsons/Safeway• Schedule and coordinate monthly Test Sets of Category Section Reviews and Category Section Review meetings for RMSI reset teams, RMSI Division Manager, Albertsons/ Safeway Assistant Sales Managers, Schematic/ Reset Manager and Schematic Analysts• Create and manage all Category Section Reviews instructions for the RMSI reset teams• Maintain and communicate( to all necessary parties) store schedules for Category Section Reviews, New Items Cut In, Store Remodels, and Special Projects • Ensure all hardware orders are created, ordered, shipped and delivered on time for each section needing equipment • Run execution reports and firm orders on new items for all Category Section Reviews and New Items Cut In in OBIEE• Prepare and provide clean-up status reports of each section after each Category Section Review to Schematic/ Reset Manager and communicate solutions to RMSI Division Manager and reset teams• Perform any and all other tasks assigned by Schematic/ Reset Manager

• Create, revise, and maintain schematics and product allocation in Apollo and Galleria for multiple grocery categories for Category Section Reviews, New Items Cut In, Store Remodels and Special Projects• Analyze shelf inventory, product movement and sales to make recommendations of change to improve section growth and product inventory• Communicate daily with each Grocery Assistant Sales Manager on schematic production• Create and provide schematic reports: Section Issue Lists, Publishing Report, Space to Sales, Item Ranking, Item Missing Image and Section Add/Delete. Provide any other reports as necessary or requested• Ensure each month all timeline deliverables are met for Category Section Reviews, New Items Cut In, Store Remodels and Special Projects • Assist with any equipment changes or additions in each section based on schematic production to Division Project Coordinator • Participate in Test Sets on Category Section Reviews to explain to the Sales Manager, Schematic/ Reset Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, and RMSI Division Manager the changes made • Perform any and all other tasks assigned by Schematic/ Reset Manager
