I work with clients from all walks of life who are passionate about making the most of their limited time on this amazing and beautiful planet. My ideal client is someone who is interested in embarking upon a journey of self-inquiry and self-discovery that will ultimately lead to a more meaningful and fulfilling life. i help my clients open to new possibilities and let go of the limiting beliefs and habits that are holding them back from reaching their goals. Nothing brings me greater joy than helping my clients uncover their unique gifts and find the courage to share those gifts with the world. I have a special interest in working with clients who are in recovery or who are currently struggling with substance, food or process addictions.

I teach a moderate level yoga class on Fridays from 10:30-11:45am. This is a heart-centered, slow flow yoga class with an emphasis on mindfulness and safe alignmentI teach a restorative yoga and guided meditation class on Mondays from 7:15-8:30pm. This class is appropriate for all levels. The only requirement is a desire to relax and renew.

I teach a monthly restorative yoga class at Lifeworks on select Sundays from 12-2pm. Upcoming workshop dates are: Nov. 23, Dec. 14 and Jan. 18. Restorative yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice that helps students release deeply held layers of tension and enter deep states of relaxation. This class is great for experienced practitioners as well as for students who are new to yoga or who are working with injuries or sensitivities.

I spent eight months living at the country's largest center for yoga and holistic as a full-time volunteer. I volunteered in the production department, providing logistical support for Kripalu workshops and programs. I also volunteered grounds crew. While at Kripalu, I studied yoga intensively and participated in workshops and programs on yoga, meditation and holistic living.
