Over the past ten years, I’ve balanced various roles—from customer service to clinical exercise —while completing my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. My undergraduate dissertation focused on evaluating the accuracy of physical activity and sleep monitors in assessing total sleep time.Since earning First-Class Honours in 2019, I have actively contributed to cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programmes, conducted cardiac screening for GB Cycling, and performed sonography on stroke patients. My passion lies in working with clinical populations, where I firmly believe that any form of movement is beneficial. The most rewarding aspect of my field is the opportunity to engage with diverse clinical groups, and continuously expand my knowledge and expertise.
