Growing up while I never said I wanted to work in banking I realized I did want to make a career out of being helpful. I have a knack for finding my niche in any given situation. My Educational Studies degree lends itself to my ultimate aspiration, which is to work in some sort of training capacity. Within various roles I find ways to incorporate my passion by training new hires, supporting other teams through answering questions, and taking on additional projects to lighten my colleagues’ load, while also meeting and exceeding the standard expectations. I have an eagle eye for spotting overlooked details. I am comfortable engaging in difficult conversations and always advocate for the success of people on my team and the business I support. I am skilled in handling environments where you must multitask by using a sense of urgency and prioritization. It is important for me to learn new things and be challenged.
