State Archivist for the St. Louis Metro area and surrounding counties - their contact to my program within the Secretary of State's office. I work with county and city level government employees to help them better understand their records, using my program’s local records retention schedules. I work at 5 different sites, located in Historical Societies.

I gained skills in appraisal, accessioning, reference services, outreach, collection inventory, records management, and archival arrangement and description. While there, I processed and described records series from new accessions, entering information in online catalog for staff and public use and worked closely with the Washington State retention.

Topeka, Kansas, United States

Took in new debt collection accounts as a single person department. I was able to fully navigate office databases, Q&A and JST collection software. I acted as Bankruptcy Department backup, gaining knowledge of bankruptcy procedures. I cross trained on the front desk phones, talking to clients, debtors and taking payments and other customer service related.
