Senior Claims Operational Systems Controller
Current- Overall management of our Small Change process across our core claims system, ClaimCenter. This includes:• prioritisation of new change• creation of business requirements• review technical solutions to ensure they're in line with requirements• management of small change backlog• business readiness for all technical releases- Accountable for ClaimCenter reference data and ensuring it's developed and maintained to a high standard across our production and test environments.- Accountable for the maintance of our ClaimCenter profiles. This includes profile reviews and approval of all system access requests and changes.- Overall profile management for other internal claims systems.- Accountable for the profile maintance of Third Party systems which are granted to our claims people ensuring they're appropriately regulated and correctly certified.- Provide system support to our home and motor claims teams.- Respond to system incidents that are raised via our support helpdesk.- Prioritisation of system defects identified in both our production and test environments to ensure:• production is never compromised• development teams concentrating their efforts / time on defects that really hurt the business.- Manage a team of 3 which help me deliver on the above, located across two sites.
