Responsible for leading a team of up to 17 to drive the strategy & marketing planning and delivery for Avios loyalty partnerships including British Airways, Aer Lingus, Flybe, Iberia, Vueling, Lloyds, TSB, Tesco, Shell, eStore, SuperValu, Credit Agricole, Agos and many more. Experienced in leading marketing campaigns and projects across multiple channels including digital, CRM, PR and ATL. Customer/Marketing lead on proposition and partnership launches including both Aer Lingus and Vueling transitioning to the Avios currency. Collaborating across the business to define customer experience/journey, propositions, launch marketing plans and ongoing CRM requirements.

Leading a team and working with British Airways, Iberia and the Avios Travel Rewards Programme to drive marketing strategy, planning and delivery for all Airline and Travel related products and partnerships. In addition I was the Marketing/Customer lead on the launch of the Flybe & Avios partnership managing customer experience/journey's, multi-channel launch marketing plans and set up of ongoing communication requirements.
