• Support operations to improve profitability through cost and quality control• Support compliance and food safety of 65 million dollars per year• Oversee and maintain current operation support program

• Serve as an Executive Team Leader for a leading retail company with an average store volume of 65 million dollars per year• Manage the operations of food and beverage, Starbucks and Target Café, sales floor, logistics, and fulfillment• Develop food safety culture by conducting daily audits to ensure store is compliant during quarterly audits• Work and develop relationships with food and beverage vendors to ensure they are providing us with the best service and quality of products. • Manage a team of 250+ by establishing clear expectations and performance management to create accountability• Consistently develop and train team members and leaders on a daily basis to help execute company goals• Utilize business reporting to problem solve operational opportunities to further grow store sales and guest experience• Host visits with the District Director, Food and Beverage Director, and Regional Vice President of Food to review development of business• Responsible for ensuring food safety guidelines are met and maintaining the branding of Starbucks license

•Assist international students with legal documents•Respond to any inquiries international students may have about documents and paperwork

•Recruits and manages student coordinator leadership of 11+ coordinators to achieve chapter goals•Responsible for maintaining any required University credentialing as a student organization•Leads weekly Co-Coordinator meetings and monitors other chapter events including Committee meetings and/or General Body Meetings.•Represent Camp Kesem Chapter at in-person and virtual events including National Leadership Summit and nationally sponsored webinars

• Work with alumni to ensure they remain involved with the chapter

• Organized events such as Skyzone, Soul Cycle, overnight retreat, and banquet for 50+ people • Planned mixers with other chapters to expand network connections

•Assist approximately 100 customers per day, advising specific product choices and facilitating transactions in a timely manner to increase customer satisfaction•Communicate with 30+ customers per day via phone calls and various membership and other fee collections to ensure timely golf course operations

•Communicate with 100+ alumni 2 hours per day in the effort to raise donations for Pepperdine’s annual giving campaign to promote the mission of the University•Participate in team fundraising of 15 students, building communication skills and challenging each other in speaking with successful school alumni•Maintain positive relations with current alumni base through continual outreach
