• Evaluate, monitor, and oversee the care of approximately 2-6 patients per shift in theneonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and report changes in conditions that require attention.• Possess scientific knowledge of various types of medical equipment in order toappropriately maintain and calibrate for patient safety and support.• Adhere to regulatory compliance and ethical standards in the administration of numeroustypes of medications as prescribed by the attending NICU physician.• Routinely demonstrate digital literacy in the collection and evaluation of patient laboratoryresults.• Manage different relationships with parents/guardians to develop effective plans of careand treatment, while maintaining consistent communication with physicians and other nurseswho are also included in the plan of care, progress, and prognosis.• Responsible for supervising approximately 2-6 patients daily during the use of specializedequipment and testing procedures (i.e., incubators, electroencephalograms (EEG),electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), oscillators, cycledcontinuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines, and synchronized intermittentmandatory ventilation (SIMV).• Stay abreast of industry developments and execute skills accordingly, including constantupdates to infection control procedures and precautions to facilitate safe, clean patientenvironments.• Serve as a patient advocate while implementing total patient care through team nursingprocesses. This includes providing empathetic communication, networking, and connectingpatients to resources that can assist with outside health care and medical well-being.• Able to adapt quickly during high stress scenarios, including assisting in surgeries that mayinvolve life-saving situations.

•Strategically set up service areas each shift to allow for efficient service.• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to industry standards.• Engage in active listening to constantly build new relationships and network withapproximately 60-100 customers during an average shift to provide tailored service.• Possess a high level of business acumen in the service industry with the ability to alignbroader business goals with personal goals – this includes activities such as strategic productplacement, adaptability to different customer bases each day, and resilience in afast-paced, high stress environment that nets approximately $1500-$3000 in sales per day.• Practice adaptive and ethical selling techniques, including a focus on top shelf products toincrease sales and profits while simultaneously monitoring guests' alcohol consumption levelsto prevent over-intoxication or underage drinking.• Ensure proper sanitation of service area, glassware, utensils, and equipment.• Process payments accurately and efficiently with point of service electronic system.• Able to organize and track concurrent orders made by customers during a busy shift andcommunicate needs promptly to kitchen staff
