I worked with the Visiting Allocations Team, who are volunteers that visit and evaluate UWCA partner agencies in order to help allocate funds. I also worked with the Financial Stability Workgroup for the Bold Goals Coalition of Central Alabama, which is an alignment of local leaders working to improve education, financial stability and health within the region.

I directly supported our VPs of Sales and President, and provided general support for our entire sales department. I planned and coordinated sales meetings, including our annual all sales meeting. I oversaw our CRM program through daily management, training for new hires and on-going training for the sales team. I was also responsible for our marketing & advertising materials.

I assisted families who evacuated to the Birmingham area following Hurricane Katrina. I helped them set goals & take steps to achieve those goals. This typically involved finding stable housing & income in order for them to settle in Birmingham or return to the Gulf Coast.
