My position as the manager of the beach club included all different aspects. Day to day duties included handling member suggestions/complaints, working as a lifeguard and keeping the property clean. Besides safety, the most important daily job was to go above and beyond to make members feel welcome and build long lasting relationships.Other duties included planning monthly events for children of members, scheduling lifeguards, keeping track of monthly guest charges and coordinating birthday parties.

Impulse Boutique is a high end retail store with a very specific clientele market. As a sales person, it was my job to work to build long lasting customer relationships as well as make each customer feel as if we are their personal shopper. On top of that, I achieved a 3 month project in which Impulse opened an online branch through Shoptiques.com. Once our online store was launched, it was my job to continue updates and improvements as well as work through any challenges.

A 4 month program in which we learnt about ways to succeed in business by going international rather than just domestic with an entrepreneurial focus. Individually worked with a local start up company and successfully assisted in marketing through social media and local events. Learnt how to observe market trends and, with research, chose an industry and wrote my own business plan; eventually presenting it to local CEO's.

This sales positions included duties such as assisting shoppers as well as building long-term customer relations. Contributed to a growing clientele base through social media marketing as well as hosting monthly boutique shows.

Organized/ran practices as well as swim meets. Worked with parents of swimmers on any questions/concerns.

Feather-Lites was a startup company that focused on bringing the hair accessory fad, that swept through California, to the Midwest. Our goal was to Market this new product to the area and continue to be competition to local salons once they started bringing it in to their store. Our company started out of my home, working with one retailer, and turned into out of state sales as well as working events such as boutique shows, weddings, and holiday marts. With this experience, the different aspects of running my own business was learnt as well as the pressure of being the face of your own company.
