- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all the brand's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal- Oversees Marketing budget •Ensures that the brand's vision, brand essence and core values are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization•Directs all PR efforts for the brand; responsible for developing and implementing the 2012 Olympic strategy•Oversaw the 2012 Olympic product launch event for over 250+ media in New York City•Responsible for conducting consumer research and communicating the consumer insights throughout the company•Directs all digital strategic efforts for the brand, including the brand's experiential and social networking sites; launched the brand’s first ever digital platform and mobile phone application in August 2010•Day-to-day management of all visual communication projects, including all print, digital, packaging and retail marketing collateral•Builds, retains and trains Marketing team, consisting of, but not limited to, a Creative Director, Sr. Graphic Designers, Jr Graphic Designers and Production Designers
