     Develop interpretation, story line, and design for exhibits and site plans for three museum locations. Manage and develop all educational programming including standards-aligned outreach, summer camp, field trips, programs and events. Leadership role in Museums’ redesign of the Astor House Museum. Aspects of project include stabilizing the structure and a complete re-interpretation to incentivize repeat visitation. Master Site planning at the Clear Creek History Park creating a phased plan to create interactive, engaging spaces. Work with community advisory committee to develop content for encompassing Golden Master Timeline, contributed to exhibits “Made in Golden” and “Epic Events” at Golden History Center. Manage, develop and grow Hands-on History Summer Camp. Through evaluation and focus groups, parents and campers noted that camp was hands-on, engaging, game based, and disguised summer learning as fun. Designed, managed, and grew the revenue-generating education outreach program “Building Colorado,” a fourth grade standards aligned game teaching all social studies standards. Evaluation projects including designing instruments to collect demographic information, qualitative and quantitative analysis of programs and sites, and formative evaluation for exhibit development. Extensive training with the Denver Evaluation Network. Published, edited and produced "Inside the Astor House." Redesign of all programming and events. GHM is offering over 65 programs in 2016. Contributed to successful State Historical Fund grant for $200,000. Frequent contributor on other grants. Volunteer management and implementation of Volgistics software Lead Education Department and a staff of between 1-9 part-time and seasonal employees
