Create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for all who enter into the center.Coach clients through weekly sessions, assist in setting appointments, updating client information, monitor accounts receivable and track KPI’s.Communicate how OsteoStrong devices can massively improve the individuals quality of life and keep machines and programs up to date. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, identify their needs, and recommend memberships accordingly.

Work directly with the girls within the Gem Academy as they developing their physical, mental, and emotional health by modeling healthy behaviors and helping to guide them to make healthy choices for themselves.• Lead, facilitate, and participate the activities while occasionally having to redirect/ provide conflict resolution.• Communicate effectively with student's parents and other members of the treatment team

Responsible for providing level 1 technical support to all students, staff, and faculty.• Level 2 technical support for staff and faculty of the designated campus locations over the phone, in person, or through remote support.• Successfully identify technical issues that potentially impact multiple systems.• Escalate tickets to the appropriate technology group.• Support live events regarding audio/visual equipment as needed.• Understand and maintain equipment needs for each campus location.

Support daily program operations, set up site and equipment, assist in scheduling and conducting activities, perform customer service, and compile simple reports.• Assists in identifying, targeting, and establishing potential marketing and sponsorship opportunities for the Surprise Stadium.• Assists in event promotions, events, and programs. Identifies sponsorship leads and prepares and presents proposals.
