I realized a year-over-year (YoY) net savings of $5M or 2.5% amongst flatbed, intermodal, and LTL in 2020. I oversaw 155 carriers by leading contracting initiatives, measuring performance, and establishing pricing. I analyzed category financials and integrated data across three business units.I enhanced supplier performance in conjunction with logistics operations. I supported diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) programs as a Diversity & Inclusion member. I evaluated top spend carriers including key performance indicators (KPIs). As Supply Chain Manager, I directed $65M net spend across seven North American manufacturing facilities. I saved $1M by streamlining operations and guiding through 232 tariffs, integrating anti-dumping regulations, and resolving driver shortage issues in 2018. I established relationships with vendors and sourced material in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.I led sourcing for steel; cement; sand; fasteners; capital equipment; and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO); converted supply chain to SAP and learned, taught, and built new systems. I established parameters/metrics and integrated supply chain organizations.

As Category, Inventory, and Fleet Manager, I secured and directed $90M in net spend on domestic/international railroad infrastructure. I realized $3M in net spend savings by negotiating favorable contractual terms. I oversaw $500M in consignment inventory across six wood/concrete tie sites. I decreased fastener inventory by $55M by optimizing operations using the lean method.I managed 100 railcars by tracking, moving, and maintaining inventory. I served as the Team Lead for Car Flow Automation in 2017. I won the Lead Award in 2016 and served as Team Lead for Car Flow Restructure in 2014.
