Newcastle Building Society is the biggest building society in the North East, with more branches than any other society in the region and assets in excess of £3.7 billion.Working as part of the in-house Recruitment function, my role is to coordinate recruitment activity for a variety of areas across the Group, including the customer service centre and support roles as well as additional projects. I work in in partnership with hiring managers to provide a professional, effective and efficient resourcing support service, recruiting vacancies in line with business demands whilst meeting all regulatory, legislative and quality standards.
