Led a project to improve CRM adoption for the 350 associates in the Retirement Solutions line of business through customizing user experience and focusing on improving reporting.On the Contact record alone, fields were streamlined by 41% (from 529 fields to 312), resulting in less scrolling, making data entry faster and more comprehensive and producing better reporting.Lead Product Analyst, Salesforce Performance (optimizing EPT speed for 2,800 users). Data gathered justified purchase of over 700 new laptops. Encouraged team to move away from anecdotal evidence and instead use data (releases over dates of EPT spikes) to rule out Salesforce or apps being the origin of the issues and prove it was inadequate hardware by A/B testing laptop models. Changes made saved users in Sales and Service a collective ~3,700 hours of WAITING for their data to load over 270 days measured. Facilitates ~250 "change requests" annually; quadrupled existing workflow of change requests by setting clear requirements, removing blockers and prioritizing based on shifting business needs, capacity, and budget. Overall, delivered 30% of all Salesforce Change Requests in 2023 alongside at least 7 contributors; outpacing others while maintaining similar complexity.Selected for the Nationwide Financial Associate Advisory Council 2021-2024.
