Providing an extremely high level of customer care while administrating the department in regards to cost control, documentation, company policy, stock control, human resources and IS management. Further roles included producing a clinical audit, assisting with research, tracking current patient trends and supporting all senior management. * Registered, distributed and filed all incoming and outgoing clinical correspondence and conducted quarterly audits to ensure all documentation is filled correctly and with the utmost confidentiality * Studied and was trained as a “Super Administrator” on new information systems for national roll-out and therefore trained and supported over 2000 staff members when NASH programme was launched early 2010. * Covered the reception daily, answered all phone enquires and directed patients to correct health care member. Registered all new patients, booked and re-scheduled all appointments. * Supported senior consultants through dictation of letter-writing and data input, as well as referral letter writing and managing the consultants diaries * Collated, developed and produced a clinical audit over a 2 year span research project which was referenced and used to support a further project by the team at Woolmanhill Hospital relating to Sexual Health. * Ensured and maintained records highlighting the organisations policy on health, safety and environmental matters * Managed and kept tight control of all administration documents such as invoice, taxes, procurement and communication as well as office stock control * As lead administrator carried out all new team member inductions as well as training them on correct information systems and etiquette, assigning shift times and annual leave * Interfacing with all other departments and logging and monitoring the work of Estates, keeping a record of any outstanding issues
