As the Marketing Coordinator, I worked to support the Building Divisions’ ongoing sales and client relationship management activities, as well as support the development and implementation of the Division’s business plan. Utilizing exceptional skills in communication, organization, customer service and graphic design, I compiled, produced and distributed qualifications and proposal documents in submission of architecture and engineering opportunities. In addition, I was responsible for managing and maintaining client information as well as sales pipeline/opportunity information in our CRM database, Deltek Vision.

As Client Services Specialist at the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), I worked to support business development and sponsorship teams consisting of over 75 clients and five national account executives. I have shown my ability to successfully implement the business plan while managing client and staff relationships. I developed work plans to activate and execute client sponsorship projects, meetings and events, and provide superior customer service to both internal and external audiences. I maintained electronic resources and content through our online content management system. And I was responsible for the writing, executing and payment processing of all sponsorship contracts and invoicing - totaling over 1,800 agreements in my six years at HFMA.In addition, I was the CRM sales database administrator. I managed 21 database users, and helped each use the database to track both lead and current client information. I was responsible for preparing project plans, as well as ensuring that deadlines and project milestones were met.

As the Affiliate Relations Associate, I served as project manager for annual Leadership Conference and planning committee, as we as assisted in execution and fulfillment of both national and local Walk to Empower events. As part of our ongoing organization expansion efforts, I conducted and presented market research reports in Microsoft Excel and Publisher for organizational development and expansion efforts. I was responsible for coordinating internal events and executive leadership training for key affiliate stakeholders, including managing the logistics and expenses. Utilizing my journalism background, I managed the weekly Peer Tree e-newsletter in Microsoft Word and Outlook; writing copy, laying out and distributing to the organization. And overall, I provided administrative and fundraising support for national affiliate relations department.

As a valued member of the client services and constituent relationship management teams within the national direct marketing and fundraising department. I worked with over 90 affiliates to coordinate and execute local newsletter communications. As part of our CRM and organizational development plans, I trained national and local staff members on reporting software and donor databases as well as coordinated and executed logistics and materials for monthly staff database training meetingsI served as the project manager for monthly in-house direct mail campaign and prepared and updated donor statistics and activity reports. I provided excellent customer service to external donors, and was able to help further the development plan for the national fundraising department.
