During the summer of 2018 I started working as a Support Worker for the National Citizenship Service. I love my time at this company because I was working with lots of teenagers on community engagement and local citizenship. My main duties would include:• Looking after young people’s wellbeing • Taking young people on residential• Guiding my young people to raise money for a local charity• Doing presentation for young people about key skills about higher education or employment

Firstly, I joined Marks and Spencer in 2015 as a work experience placement for three weeks. They contacted me offering a Christmas temp position. This later became a permanent position in the summer of 2016. My main duties involved:• Meeting, greeting and servicing customers• Being part of a team working with other people• Delivering great customer service • Confidently assisting and helping customers finding products and solving queries• Fully till trained: cash handling and processing refunds• Keeping up to date with latest products and offers• Night moves• Stock checks• Tidying the shop floor• Being flexible working in different departments: clothing, food, collection desk and cafe
