4th Rotation: POM Wonderful LLC.- Calculate beverage volumes by EQC's and physical cases, trade spend by SKU and broker commission rates for budgets and projected outcomes.
- Analyzed product profitability by calculating fruit costs and adjusting price points, trade promotions and retail margins to assist the CFO's decision in starting a potential counter-seasonal program.

3rd Rotation: Wonderful Real Estate- Managed properties monthly financials by posting monthly ZBA entries, analyzing expenses for over 30 accounts and identifying variances in quarterly financial statements.
- Created a master file and consolidated supporting data to efficiently run tax projections for the entire real estate portfolio with over 45 entities and analyzed for significant variances.
2nd Rotation: Teleflora- Compiled year-end tax packages, audits, cash flows and disaggregated revenue reports.
1st Rotation: FIJI Water- Reconciled vendor non-compliance comparisons and researched deductions, remittances, shortage claims and price claims to dispute over $201K with Amazon and applied charges to Oracle.
- Prepared month-end close activities, which included posting journal entries, completing account reconciliations and filing sales tax and goods + services taxes.

Assisted Portfolio team by completing the quarterly reporting process, performing bad debt analysis for all historical write-offs, recreating joint venture narratives per investor request and executing ad hoc projects and presentations.Wrote and designed over 100 page client-level research reports and contributed to face to face investment reviews.

Learned Trendalytics, a Merchandise Trend Intelligence Tool, to develop custom reports for 12 merchant teams to help them gain insights into merchandise trends, competitive insights, and social engagement by product type.Launched Facebook E-commerce Shop- New feature for the brand to showcase their products in a shoppable format.

Health Evolution brings together influential leaders from all across of healthcare industry who are catalyzing improvements and shaping the future of health. As an Intern I attended their annual Summit and observed discussions where healthcare leaders shared ideas, took the pulse of the market with a broader lens, and created creative solutions to the industry’s pressing challenges.In preparation, I analyzed and researched industry leaders and organizations in their SalesForce database of over 10,000 contacts to assist in the curation of the top leaders to invite. To assure a seamless execution of the Summit, I scheduled team events, assembled PowerPoints for attendees and processed company’s expense reports & recorded reimbursements.

Recorded and reorganized financial reports pertaining to cash receipts and expenditures.Reviewed and drafted financial statement compilations from 2013 to 2017 for owner's approval.
