Help programs monitor outcomes, track compliance measures, and complete internal and external reports. Train staff and management how to use data systems for data entry and program performance.

Develop the scholar support program, including how to connect with current and past scholars and involve them in current FEA projects; other administrative duties, including writing and sending charitable receipts, managing current scholars' FEA-recommended community activities, etc.

Recruited, scheduled, and ran studies on children and adults for various projects in Dr. Elissa Newport’s lab; effectively used and taught others to use Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as other databases, such asFilemaker Pro, for outreach, data collection and analysis, and other related projects.

Mount Hope is a research and therapeutic facility that seeks to study issues associated with abuse and neglect, and examines and implements strategies to address these issues. At the center, I created and implemented lesson plans along with two other team members to engage underprivileged and maltreated 8 - 11 year- olds and completed psychological assessments on program participants weekly.
