I have experience in implementing apprenticeships using both frameworks and standards as well as delivering apprenticeships across the devolved nations. The aim of apprenticeships at Greggs is to create a positive learning experience for our apprentices regardless of level or area within the business. This is done using processes and training not just for apprentices but the wider business overall, resulting in increased efficiency and engagement.

As Customer Experience Operations Manager I am accountable for the development and execution of a Mystery Shopper Programme across more than 1700 stores. I also work alongside and engage with relevant functions to deliver major retail initiatives which improve customer experience whilst not impacting on cost percentages across the brand. Using my workforce management experience alongside 12 years experience in retail I am able to build and implement training packages which support those initiatives and are realistic to implement in a retail environment whilst being effective and engaging for teams.
