I lead newly acquired property which consisted of 280 units, transitioned all amenities, created model apartments, and reduced delinquency and elevated community.5/2003 - 12/2009, Property Manager for Lakes of Margate Apartments, located in Margate, Fl. I successfully managed a profitable community which consisted of 286 units, completed interior renovations, numerous capital improvements and assisted through the sale of the property in December 2009.
