Responsible for successfully repositioning and rebranding the community, with interior unit renovations and other various capital projects. I transitioned to manage this community of 300 units and assisted with the Clubhouse and amenity planning for newly acquired community. I reduced delinquency increased NOI and implemented LRO systems. I also lead interior unit renovation.12/2009 - 2010, Property Manager for Banyan Lake Apartments, located in Boynton Beach, FL. I lead newly acquired property which consisted of 280 units, transitioned all amenities, created model apartments, and reduced delinquency and elevated community.5/2003 - 12/2009, Property Manager for Lakes of Margate Apartments, located in Margate, Fl. I successfully managed a profitable community which consisted of 286 units, completed interior renovations, numerous capital improvements and assisted through the sale of the property in December 2009.
