Designed and implemented Wildflower’s charter school micro-school model.--Launched Minnesota Wildflower Montessori School, the first Wildflower public school and grew the public Montessori option to four locations nationwide within four years.--Supported and coached the board and founding teams in designing, strategizing, planning, and administering Wildflower public schools. Project managed teams to hire and coach school leadership, develop nonprofit boards in a decentralized governance model, and maintain a high fidelity model of education without compromising on core Wildflower Principles, including authentic Montessori, Teacher leadership, and educational equity.--Designed and implemented the Wildflower School Contribution process to support the growth and sustainability of Wildflower Schools, long term, and to further enhance the benefits of the Wildflower Network to the community of Teacher Leaders.
