Currently, I am unemployed and seeking a position where I can apply a wide variety of my skills. I have intensive customer relation experience, and would be a perfect candidate for any position requiring phone or face to face contact with customers or clients.

I daily assisted customers, using excellent interpersonal skills, while speaking clearly and comprehensively on the telephone.I used problem-solving abilities to clearly identify issues and I designed solutions that met pre-set objectives and goals. I used all Microsoft applications to keep comprehensive records of conversations, problems and solutions. These included Word, Excel, and Internet.I was routinely asked to handle the most egregious situations, that involved the most argumentative clients, whose satisfaction was both important and hard to achieve. I applied listening skills and problem-solving abilities to continuously find solutions that satisfied all involved.

I worked for several companies, while employed at this firm- including American Water Resources. I daily worked in an office setting, organizing and sorting all mail for the building and delivering the mail to a centralized location for further distribution.I daily used a variety of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, while working in a group environment, which demanded effective time-management and organizational skills and abilities. I daily assisted customers that called into the company with various types of problems, working through the issues with them and determining the best solutions for all involved. I daily handled customer questions involving service-related issues, helping them clarify the situation and providing options would result in customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
