Creative Project Manager for the Big W account at Bauer Media. As an integral member of a creative studio servicing one of Australia's largest retail brands I managed the execution, creation and delivery of fashion, lifestyle, home, and product stills and video for the purposes of print, digital, social, eCommerce, OOH, and TVC advertising.My role included:- Developing and maintaining a high volume shoot schedule; producing multiple shoots and managing creative teams across several studio spaces simultaneously.- Briefing creatives on the client's marketing projects; prioritizing and responding to continuing adaptations of projects. - Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the client. Ensuring assets were delivered in a timely manner with all requirements fulfilled.- Managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships; communicating frequently and appropriately to aide in project and overall business success.- Consistently liaising with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the status of each project through its lifecycle. - Taking a strategic and adaptable approach to managing and coordinating external vendors and resources, giving consideration to a changeable schedule.- Creating, developing, and reinforcing processes for project workflow and asset delivery to ensure a high level of efficient output.- Developing a clear sense of client's brand identity and selecting appropriate artists, talent, crew, and resources for each project briefed. - Conducting casting sessions to keep client's talent pool on brand and current.- Scouting locations, conducting recces, researching legalities, and obtaining permits where required.- Budget forecasting, maintenance, and tracking based on scope and timelines.- Utilization of project management and digital asset management software to maintain both high-level and detailed owning of projects from inception to delivery.
