• Serve as main point of contact for the Memphis/ Shelby County Homeless Consortium

• Manage mailings to donors and prospects for special events, stewardship and proposals
• Assist with event logistics, coordinate schedules and appointments, often serving as initial point of contact
• Manage travel arrangements for Development Office staff, including reservations, itineraries, and reimbursements

• Responsible for maintaining databases regarding callers’ statistics, merging mass mail-outs
• Assist with donor recognition process to ensure appropriate donor appreciation for his or her gift to the university

• Attended progressive conferences in Orlando, FL., Washington D.C., London, England, Normandy, France, and Paris, France concerning student leadership initiatives.

• Assisted with logistical and personal aspects of high school leadership conference with 800+ participants, chaperoned 56 students
