Extensive project management experience in commercial real estate development focusing on retail, light industrial and multi-family development projects. Responsible for managing a development team and an active portfolio of active real estate projects in various stages of development including: due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting and construction.Held leadership role in developing and managing the best practice policies and procedures to organize and implement a successful national roll-out program for a retail client utilized by over 10 project managers in 16 counties. Awarded the annual Leadership Award at previous employment for leadership role on the Fresh & Easy account and nominated for the annual Persistence Award for work on entitlements and permits at a challenging retail site in California. Also nominated by AZRE as a finalist for one of the top People to Know in real estate in 2011-2012.Held the Senior Project Management role on a redevelopment site in Tucson, Arizona, which was nominated as a finalist for a Metropolitan Pima Alliance Common Ground Award for bringing together all stakeholders to develop a site design that brought together the support of the future tenants, existing neighborhood associations and municipality that were not initially all in support of the project.Past chair of the ULI Young Leaders Communication and Marketing Committee and past co-chair of the ULI Main Communications and Marketing Committee.
