Hi, my name is Katie! I am an incoming sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences (SLHS) with a goal of becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist.In high school, I had the incredible opportunity to help lead a dance class for special needs students for four years. This experience ignited my passion for helping others and set me on the path to a career in healthcare. My studies and experiences so far have solidified my commitment to the field of Speech Pathology, where I can combine my interest in health care with my dedication to making a positive impact on people's lives.
