Led a team of 78 Marines to accomplish assigned recruiting mission. Collected, collated, analyzed, and displayed quality assurance efforts in recruiting. Forecasted sales volumes, developed and met performance metrics and indicators for recruiting, and created and managed system health metrics, to include positively impacting closing, sales, and processing ratios. Recommended process improvements, performed internal audits, and developed executive briefs. Provided analysis and data-driven solutions.

Directly responsible for leading, training, welfare, and employment of over 100 Marines. Worked with 151 high schools and coordinated the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) Scholarship Marine Option program for Southern California. Managed 42 different functional areas that ranged from anti-terrorist force protection to suicide prevention and personnel management and retention. Developed and executed a $1.055 million budget. Program manager for short (1-6 months) and long term (6 months to 5 year) projects. Planned material and labor budgets for marketing, sales, and subcontractors.

Led a six person team to engage with local Iraqi police and army to build relations and improve infrastructure after ISIS attacks. Provided variance analysis, data review and reporting, and coordinated support program managers to improve Iraqi defense supply chain. Created process improvement plan for power infrastructure through a generator buy totaling more than $450,000. Developed and executed a $350,000 budget and managed and maintained $971,000 of equipment. Wrote and executed a $1.2million contract for up-armored vehicles. Optimized inventory turnover and asset availability through lean six sigma and completed green belt certification.

Led a team of 275 Marines in filling more than 1,300 requisitions. Supervised 180 Due in Status reconciliations across 89 units and implemented improved supply requisition processes through monthly reconciliation. Analyzed the demand history of 128,000 items to support Marine Corps investment plans in the War Reserve, phasing of the Defense Logistics Agency Proof of Principle, inventory modernization initiative, and conducted enterprise virtual aggregation. Additionally developed the prototype for additive manufacturing at the intermediate supply level.

Led a team of 20 Marines. Managed a property account of $7.48 million with 100% FIAR compliance, successfully passing two external inspections. Developed and executed a $1.14 million budget. Wrote and oversaw four contracts totaling $100,000. Managed 32 individual property accounts and 3 fiscal accounts. Completed two process improvement projects for optimizing inventory and reducing wasted inventory space by 40%.

Read for a Masters in Economic and Social History at the University of Oxford with the Rhodes Scholarship.

Gained an entry level non-profit introduction and experience, wrote up award citations, and preformed administrative duties.
