My role is to support the end to end employee life cycle for both UK & overseas, providing support to the HR Business Partners and Line Managers on the following:• New starters contracts and on boarding (including offers, contracts, queries and on- boarding HR inductions) • End to end responsibility for group HR induction day, including full facilitation and liaison with key stakeholders regarding agenda • Change of terms and leaver processing including exit interviews• Accurate information transfer to payroll and payroll checking • Absence management and advisory meetings•. Recruitment administration & interview support • Referencing including Experian checks• Updating integrated HR/Payroll Systems • Employee relations• Benefits administration• Management information reporting• HR Projects including salary review, organisation change, management of SharePoint transition• Process improvements and management of template changes• Apprenticeship levy administration• Consultant administrationMy keys skills include:• Knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice• Professional approach to dealing with difficult and sensitive situations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to establish priorities, and achieve strict deadlines under pressure
