Supply planning manager responsible for project management of NPD and EPD across the whole brand portfolio from a supply/production aspect.

My role as operations manager was very diverse in a small rapidly growing business but key responsibilities included efficient scheduling of all warehouse and delivery staff, day to day running of warehouse, managing and improving all operations processes and hiring and expansion forecasting.

Working within the operations team, I am responsible for overseeing production and distribution of our drinks brands. Focussing mainly on WKD, my role requires constant collaboration within other areas of the business to ensure production happens in a timely manner whilst ensuring stock is available to fulfil forecasted volumes. I liaise closely with teams on site at the factory to ensure effective stock rotation of finished goods as well as coordinating just in time deliveries of raw materials in line with the production schedule. I also manage the allocation of stock for export orders, ensuring the correct information is provided for duty compliance and ensuring there is adequate shelf life remaining on the product should there be a long shipping requirement.

I managed my work from beginning to end, using my initiative to preempt any issues arising and ensure the correct policy and procedure was followed throughout. I worked as part of a small team where collaboration was vital and I worked well as part of a team, assisting others and helping with workload cover. I worked on a number of projects to improve working efficiency within the team, including a project to completely redo a Microsoft excel tool which involved collating information, liaising with our APAC and American team and creating the tool to be used ongoing within the team in all regions. I had a proven 100% accuracy level in auditing and showed very high attention to detail. The role involved plenty of problem solving and I faced these challenges with a logical approach and followed through until issues were fully resolved. I managed multiple inbox's daily and had to prioritize work to ensure tasks were completed with SLAs. The role involved excellent time and workload management skills which I showed through completing work within deadlines and to a consistently high standard.

I managed the erroneous transfer process for Ovo Energy in a temporary position prior to going travelling. I was working within a small industry operations team to ensure unfortunate erroneous transfers were resolved as quickly as possible to ensure the best experience for the customer. I worked closely with other suppliers to ensure a good relationship. I had to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills often resolving issues that stemmed from many years prior. I worked closely within the team to ensure workload was managed efficiently. I trained other members of staff in the complex process and systems. During my time in the position, I managed to improve the inbox so that requests were dealt with daily instead of building up over weeks.
