Property Manager for Builders of Hope, Inc., a non-profit headquartered in Raleigh who has paved the way in developing solutions that address both the shortage of affordable housing and the tear-down epidemic. My responsibilities include:• The management of 250 single family, scattered site, and multi-family homes rescued from demolition thru donation and investor acquisition• Economically and socially transforming foreclosed properties into energy efficient affordable rentals stabilizing urban areas in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida with our Upcycle Program and patent-pending “Extreme Green Rehabilitation” model, specifically, supporting acquisitions in market research, offer preparation, and compliance reporting. • Partnering with a wide variety of municipal and federal government agencies, financial institutions, Realtors® and contractors to coordinate community revitalization including, Neighborhood Community Stabilization Trust (NCST), NeighborWorks America®, Habitat for Humanity®, and Bank of America®

• Providing quantitative and qualitative analyses, actionable recommendations and presentations to best position company as a preferred network• Develop high quality research materials in target and consumer segmentation, forecasting and trend analysis, media and advertising effectiveness• Seek, analyze and using media data to prepare compelling marketing and sales materials• Meeting tight and often times changing deadlines• Working independently as well as in a team setting, and work closely with ad sales counterpart to ensure consistency of data.
