Working with dogs and their owners, I strive to provide the customers the comfort of knowing that their dogs are taken care of, while ensuring that each guest in our facility is treated with the utmost importance.My daily duties consist of:-Checking customers in and out.-Answering phone calls on Microsoft Teams.-Answering customer questions about our services.-Working as a team with my co-workers to make sure opening, mid-day, and closing duties are completed.-Working with co-workers to complete services such as baths and enrichment activities are done in a timely manner.-Keeping the facility clean to provide a safe and healthy environment for customers and dogs.

Provided childcare and engaging activities to children aged 8 months - 14 years old during Sunday morning and Wednesday evening church services.

Greeted 60+ customers per shift while providing a pleasant experience at our store. Worked with other clerks and supervisors to ensure each customer was satisfied.

Assisted in a variety of departments at a community theatre. Have experience in stage management, light board operations, front of house operations, on stage acting, and working directly with the artistic director. Currently the sound designer and operator of most shows.
