I am a drama specialist working across all key stages in a large comprehensive school. I have consistently delivered outstanding results both at GCSE and A level. I have responsibility for the schools Rock Challenge entry and under my guidance the school has achieved Premier League status in the competition. I am an innovative practitioner who is constantly reflecting on my teaching so that all children enjoy drama and achieve the highest results possible.

I am the lead teacher responsible for my school's entry into this dance competition. Our school is currently in the Premier Division and we perform at Bournemouth Pavilion and Portsmouth Guildhall. This is an exhilarating event and I am proud to be a part of it.

I created the youth music competition Wimborne Live and Loud where local bands battle it out for the right to play a professional stage as part of the overall folk festival. The competition is now an established part of one of Europe's biggest free festivals.
