As well, I have organized and spoken at monthly webinars with our team to share the knowledge of our highly experienced ScriptString team in the space of sustainability, AI, and data management strategies with professionals online. Alongside my communications work, I have also expanded our network and engaged in sales efforts with those in the industries that would gain the most use out of our SAAS platform. This has been done through lead generation, personalized sales outreach strategies, and networking at events. My experience in the sustainability space has also allowed me to work with clients to understand their results when completing our sustainability assessment. Over my four-month internship, I worked alongside the program director to evaluate the first phase of one of The Co-operators social impact projects, #ImpactCOVID. #ImpactCOVID is a joint initiative that focuses on finding ways to ensure and support a youth-led pandemic recovery for youth entering and in the workforce. Once completed, I engaged and interviewed 15 youth participants on their experiences as a part of the program and analyzed the results of the interviews to communicate impact. I worked alongside a small team of associates to market and sell the products available to the public. My role included leading wine tours and tastings, serving guests in the restaurant, compiling and processes orders, and daily cash outs.
