Since 2022, I have had the main responsibility for a customer and managed the assignment to a great deal on my own, where I was the spider in the web between the customer, warehouse and all transport companies. The duties included transport bookings, issuing customs documents, performance management, operational reports as well as monitoring and streamlining the customer's transport flow.

Tasks included planning transports from warehouses and external terminals, following up on deliveries and proactively acting on deviations. Optimizing deliveries for different modes of transport and to designated markets. The roll also required the task of continuously creating, updating and correcting the delivery plan and responsibility for continuously maintaining correct data in various ERP systems. Within the delivery planning team, we were also tasked with the control of freight invoices and producing customs documentation. The role was largely operational and involved being the contact person for delivery-related issues, for both internal and external partners.

The job was providing short-term respite for childen with disabilities. Tasks included ensuring that the children were safe, clean, fed, had received their medicine, were stimulated with appopriate activites. This job included documentation and planning.

Supporting young people who have fled waring countries to seek asylum in Sweden, with their daily living skills. Young people who immigrated to Sweden with varied mental health. The work involved helping individuals manage their mental health in the best way and supporting them to integrate into Swedish society. Duties included contact with social workers, guardian ad litems and the Migration Agency in Sweden to help young people with their cases. We supported the young people in learning the Swedish language and Swedish culture. Sometimes I translated between Swedish and English as some of the youth knew English. All work was documented daily in the VIVA system. Through the work, I have received training in daily living skills teaching, laws and rights for children and young people (swedish version), attachment psychology and traumatization, suicide, and BBIC (the children's needs in the center, Swedish).
