Nursing is my passion! I strive to take care of residents, patients and even visitors and make sure that everything heals and runs smoothly. I love to problem solve to make solutions for residents and don't mind the dirty work of nursing. I love communicating and making any environment warm and welcome.My goal in my career is to become a NICU or ER RNMy greatest strength is my ability to care with compassion. By caring for people using compassion, i understand on a deeper level on how to care for them.My personal strengths:-collaborating with others to make us all united and work well-time management, being on time or even early and making sure everything is done in a timely matter-organization! being able to stay organized and organized everything around me.
