Human Resources – Manage recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a highly positive candidate experience. Coordinate recruiting efforts including face to face meetings with hiring supervisor, preparing job postings, screening resumes, assisting with job descriptions, preparing interview guides, conducting interviews, organizing pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, and preparing offer letters. Assist with job classification process. Ensure the job descriptions and job questionnaires are up to date. Provide employees with confirmation of employment letters. Maintain employee records. Make salary/wage recommendations to Management ensuring wage equality throughout various positions and projects. Assist in worker conflict resolution. Participate in the maintenance of HR policies and process to ensure they remain current.Administration – Provide proactive high-level administrative support to Arthon’s operations at the head office and all other project sites. Provide support and guidance to Site Administrators. Operations – Support SMT, H&S Manager, Purchasing Manager, Superintendents, Site Admins, and other operations management/staff on various projects. Support includes bidding and estimating, logistics, and purchasing,IT – Coordinate corporate IT systems, hardware, software, and processes. Provide first line IT support and liaise with IT support provider. Administrate Microsoft 365. Manage purchasing of hardware and software.Safety – Document formatting and development. Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee member.
