Accomplished professional and dynamic leader with a background that spans Product Leadership, Market Research/Shopper Insights, Strategy and Category Management. My career has been focused on uncovering true customer needs (whether it's a shopper in a store or online, a consumer in their home or a client of the business) and helping companies deliver to those needs. Fusing insights with business strategy and seeing customer-centric solutions come to life is my passion. My most recent experience as a Product Leader has allowed me to bring a customer-centric business intelligence reporting application through its entire lifespan, from product inception (persona development, user journey mapping, strategic alignment on prioritization) to development of detailed user requirements, UX design, Agile product development, usability testing, go-to-market strategy, training and launch. I’ve also played a large role in implementing a user feedback tool to gather and prioritize ongoing feedback, allowing for continuous product improvement.Working cross functionally has been critical to my career and is a skill I’ve been recognized for by peers and executives. I’ve worked with colleagues and clients across the globe and across all functional areas of a business (e.g., technology, operations, merchandising, marketing, finance, human resources, real estate, supply chain) to assess strategic growth options and drive implementation of these opportunities (new products including software and consumer packaged goods, new markets within and outside of the U.S. and new shopper segments). I’m a planner at heart, and enjoy bringing organization and structure to the complex problems that plague businesses today. I can see the forest through the trees, but can also analyze each of the trees and the space around them to determine how to better the forest.
