Work Hard and Be KindThroughout my work experience the two biggest things that I have learned are to work hard and to be kind to others. When it comes to customer service I've learned that the best way to treat everyone is with kindness. Not only does this apply to customer service, but in the workplace in general. I pride myself on being someone that others truly like to work with. Working hard is my other motto of sorts. Throughout my undergraduate degree in the Information Systems program at the BYU Marriot School I have learned many new schools. Learning about front and back end programming has been challenging, however through hard work I have gained more skills than I ever thought I could. I must admit that I am however not perfect. While I work hard to learn all that I can there is still much that I do not know. I have learned that being humble enough to ask questions, about things I do not know, not only allow me to do the job to the best of my ability but also allow me a change to continually educate myself to be the best employee or co-worker that I can be.
