I was responsible for using platforms such as Laserfiche, and Banner as content management software which allowed me to manage and store student information. I also used Radius by Hobsons, a customer relationship management system which helps to enroll and support our students. I used the platform Parchment to receive documents from other high schools and universities. This platform provides secure electronic document delivery to the school. In addition to managing potential students documents I also assisted in every day office duties. In every day office tasks I opened and sorted the incoming mail, answered the phone and provided accurate helpful information to callers who were inquiring about the school and assisted as additional switchboard support and at on campus events such as Open House and other special events.
