After completing my MBA I moved into the City, working initially as a management consultant for 3 years, then as Senior Marketing Manager for an international bank. I left the City in the early 1990s to set up my own business, Front Runner Marketing. My clients were originally drawn from the horse-racing industry, but more recently tend to be within the equestrian industry. Having spent a number of years combining my consultancy work with a career as an international event rider, I have wide knowledge of and connections within this industry, which have proved very helpful to my clients.My work portfolio has expanded over the years from its marketing origins, to include a wide range of projects both short and long-term. While retaining an interest in all aspects of marketing, I have become increasingly drawn to the field of Organisational Development and am now operating in this area too.Recently, my husband Alun Williams and I decided to join forces and expand the business to become FrontRunner Consultancy.
