Fast forward to 2021 and Katie now manages 3 store locations, a 12,000 square foot warehouse, and 50 employees.Her leadership and drive has earned her many awards including the 2016 Dell Rapids Business of the Year award, 2017 Midwest Boutique of the Year and many entrepreneurial awards. She’s a respected leader in the local community. Because of her passion for empowering and supporting women, Katie started Mason Jar Consulting in 2017 to help her clients see their retail dreams come to fruition.
